Our 30-Day Promise
We back our products. Give your routine a month. If you don't love how your skin feels, email us at hello@elaumentskin.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. The refund covers the product price (original shipping excluded), and there's no need to send anything back. This promise applies to your first purchase of a product or bundle, one claim per customer.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or something isn't right, email us at hello@elaumentskin.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it.

How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
